May 1, 2020 Property Taxes
As of April 25, 2020, the State has not extended the due date for the 2nd Quarter Property Taxes. The due date is May 1, 2020 with a grace period of May 11, 2020. Any payments received after May 11, 2020 will be assessed interest from May 1, 2020. Postmark date is not acceptable.
The office remains closed to public access.Payments can be put in the lockbox at the front of the municipal building, sent via mail, or payment can be made inline through our website. Please include your stub with each payment. Please do not put cash in the lockbox.
If you want a receipt, beyond your canceled check, please include your tax bill and a stamped self-addressed envelope with your payment and a receipt will be returned in that envelope.
Homestead Rebate Program Update
Due to the economic strains on the state budget, payment of the first half of the 2017 rebate has been suspended. There is no indication if or when Homestead Rebate payments will be resumed.

Senior Freeze
There has been no indications, as of yet, from the State regarding changes to the Senior Freeze (PTR) program.
As with property tax payments, PTR forms may be placed into the lockbox along with a self-addressed envelope and the Tax Office will complete their portion and return the form to you.
