The Green Team meets the 2nd Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m. at the Mansfield Township Municipal Building. Volunteers are always welcomed.

The Green Team's mission is to improve our quality of life and keep our community clean and green. Some of the Team's accomplishments are:
- Organize Town-Wide Yard Sales
- Provide free Cloth Bags to residents
- Host environmental education programs
- Created a Historical Scavenger Hunt
- Sponsor free recycling events
- Coordinated a free shower head exchange
- Sponsor roadside litter clean ups
- Participate in the Trex bench program
- Held rain barrel workshops
Working in conjunction with Sustainable Jersey, the Team strives to build a sustainable community to save tax dollars, assure clean air and water to improve working and living environments which will thrive well into the new century.
