Snow Removal from Fire Hydrants

The owner or tenant of lands abutting upon a public street of the Township of Mansfield, shall and must remove, or cause to be removed, from the abutting sidewalks of said street, and from around any fire hydrant located on said premises for a radius of two feet all snow or ice within 24 daylight hours after the same shall be formed or fall thereon.
