Township Committee Meeting July 8, 2020

The Committee meeting will be held at the Municipal Building.  The following regulations will need to be followed:

If you are not feeling well we request that you stay home an access the meeting through Zoom.

Public to wait in their cars until they are signaled to begin coming in. The lobby will not be available to congregate in. They can be directed to where they will line up six-feet apart. Everyone must wear a mask at all times.

There will be a requirement to sign in for contact tracing. Once room capacity according to Executive Order 156 (37 people total) when capacity is reached no one else will be allowed to enter. Chairs will be marked so public knows where they can sit.

Public participation will be done from seating and will be done by raise of hand.

Anyone who must use the bathroom facility as the meeting is going on, must exit to the closest isle and begin to go back through the way they entered to the bathroom.  Announced at the beginning of the meeting.

Once the meeting is over,  everyone will be dismissed one at a time to exit the room and the building within the six-foot distance.

Due to the restriction on capacity the meeting will also be available through Zoom.
