Warren County Testing Site Opening

Warren County, in partnership with St. Luke’s University Health Network (SLUHN), is opening a COVID-19 Testing Site beginning Wednesday, April 8, 2020. Patients must be Warren County residents and complete a two-step scheduling process in order to be tested.

1. Patient must be screened and pre-approved by a SLUHN physician. If you are not affiliated with SLUHN, you must call St. Luke’s Warren Hills Family Practice at (908) 847-3100 for a screening by phone.

2. After being screened, patients can visit the Warren County’s new COVID-19 Testing webpage to schedule an appointment.  www.co.warren.nj.us/Healthdept/wccovidtesting.html
